Postpartum Support

Service Description

In different cultures around the world, the time immediately after giving birth is considered sacred and an essential time to rest and heal. As your birth doula, one postpartum appointment is included. I also offer additional postpartum support as an 'a la carte' add on. These extra visits can be tailored to whatever kind of support you may need! This includes (but not limited to) light cooking and cleaning, watching other children in the household, gentle postpartum yoga, providing resources for further assistance and time to listen to your birth story. Day shifts are $35 per hour and overnight shifts are $40. Day shifts are a minimum of five hours and overnights are a minimum of nine hours. Email me to set up an appointment!
