Service Description

Prenatal yoga is a practice that includes physical postures suitable for all trimesters, meditation, and breath work. The "asana" or movements will help keep the body limber and strong, however, the most benefit will be from the deep mind body connection fostered in this practice. With over 15 years of experience teaching yoga, I will tailor the practice to suit your specific body and needs, as well as weave in affirmations and breathing exercises that can be used for the entire birthing process. We will end the session with a longer held "savasana" or deep relaxation, which is sure to leave you feeling rejuvenated. Please clear any new forms of movement with your healthcare provider!
